They are dead weight and dealing with them is just extra burden on top doing work you don't get paid for.
All the while, they do (genreally) nothing but suggest these 20 new things while you're still working on getting your checklist of things done and cleaned up. Most of these people stick to being 'Lore Writers' so they can try to weasel in their ideas and will try to get you to do 20 things all beyond what you can currently do and/or beyond the engine in general. Even just modding: I've had people try to help by 'giving me ideas' but all it ends up being is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ton of suggestions but they don't want to put forth any work to make it happen because they can't be bothered to learn how to do anything. Then you better learn because no one is going to want to join you if you bring nothing to the table.
