In previous Total war games you could gain military access through diplomacy just by paying an amount of money. If you click away the 'allow military access' from the other party your suggestion also disappears. When trying to gain military access to a region one can only achieve this by allowing the other party military access to your region. I have encountered three diplomacy Issues in Rome Total war 2 playing as Sparta.ġ.
